Parish Choir

Choir is an integral part of our Congregation. The service of our choir is inspirational and a blessing for our worship services. The choir actively participates in all the worship services and special services. They also actively participate in the house to house caroling along with all parishners during Christmas day.

The Mass is a celebration in the real sense of the word. Music and singing are of the utmost importance in every liturgical celebration. Music and singing give the RITES solemnity, dignity and beauty. And they give joy and spiritual uplifting to all who are celebrating: priests, ministers, congregation.

Choir members learn the parts and hopefully transcend the notes on the page—allowing the song to speak to and through them to the congregation. Ideally, a “performance” piece inspires people to praise.
